机掘工作面掘进机常见故障及其预防

摘　　要：以雁崖煤业公司机掘二队EBZ型悬臂式掘进机为例,从掘进机液压系统、内部结合和掘进电气系统故障和悬臂式掘进机等方面简单阐述了掘进机在使用期间最常见的故障类型,分析了故障原因,并根据实际情况提出了预防措施,力求保证机掘工作面安全顺利施工。Taking the EBZ type cantilever roadheader of the second team of drivers of Yanya coal industry as an example,this paper simply expounds the most common fault types of the roadheader from hydraulic system,inner structure、electrical system and cantilevered tameling during the period of operation,and analyzes the causes of the failure.According to the actual situation,several measures are put forward to ensure the safe and smooth construction of the working face.
