摘　　要：奥威尔的小说《动物庄园》是文学作品的政治性和艺术性完美结合的典范。政治性主要体现在该作品明显的政治寓意中。艺术性很大程度上和语言的艺术性有关。语言的艺术性一方面体现在语言霸权的建立和语言谬论的散播。另一方面,各个动物的特色语言风格也是动物的性格特点的表现。George Orwell’s Animal Farm is a classic representation of the perfect combination between political and artistic writing.The political feature is clearly shown in the symbolic meanings of the story.The artistic feature is mainly related to the language.First,the language art can be found in the construction of linguistic monopoly and the distribution of linguistic fallacy.Secondly,the typical linguistic style of each animal also reflects their personalities and characteristics.
