利己与利他关系视角下的大学生志愿精神培育

摘　　要：志愿精神是一种高尚的美德,其内涵偏向无私奉献的利他性,然而在现实中,大学生志愿服务动机则是利己与利他交互呈现。人们通常将利己与利他视为一对矛盾,但从马克思主义人学角度探讨,二者是对立统一的关系。在志愿精神之中,利己与利他都有其存在的必然性:利他是本质,利己是需要,二者缺一不可。培育当代大学生志愿精神,应以利己与利他的辩证统一关系为基础,在"己他两利"理念下,以促进人的全面发展为目标,从大学生需要出发激发其参与热情,为志愿精神培育提供全方位的支持。Volunteerism is a noble virtue.Its connotation inclines to altruism of selfless devotion.However,in reality,the motivation of college students voluntary service is the interaction between self-interest and altruism.It is often considered that altruism and self-interest are exclusive of each other,and thus separate the two apart.But according to Marxist human theory,the relationship between self-interest and altruism is“unity of opposites”.In the spirit of volunteerism,self-interest and altruism have their own inevitability,altruism is the essence,self-interest is the need,and both are indispensable.Therefore,the cultivation of the spirit of volunteerism of contemporary college students should be based on the dialectical unity of self-interest and altruism.After analyzing the connotation of volunteerism from a altruistic versus self-interest perspective,it indicates that self-interest should not be cut off from altruism.The needs and the all-round development of undergraduates should be considered,using self-interest motivation as a tool to cultivate volunteerism among contemporary Chinese college students.
