摘 要:虽然西北联合大学整体存在时间不长,但其积极社会舆论和进步思潮,在当时极大地感染和影响了陇南当局和开明士绅,为后续开创陇南师范教育的新局面创造了极其有利的条件。西北联合大学学子卜宪基毕业之初投身开创陇南师范教育,重要影响有:把办学和时代需求、社会潮流紧密结合起来;重视成规模、有组织的师生读书活动,把提高思想觉悟和时代意识放在办学的重要位置;倡导学以致用,把"知行合一"作为培养人才的基本标杆,在乡村师范教育方面落实能力培养;在教育中培养学生的人生观、价值观,使他们向往光明和进步,为延安输送后备力量和青年精英,担当了培育人才的历史重任。Although Northwest Union University did not exist for a long time,its positive public opinion and progressive trend of thought greatly infected and influenced the Longnan authorities and enlightened gentry,which created extremely favorable conditions for the subsequent development of Longnan normal education.Bu Xianji,a student of Northwest Union University,shortly after his graduation,threw himself into Longnan normal education.The important influences are:closely combining school running with the needs of the times and the trend of the society;attaching importance to the large-scaled and organized reading activities of teachers and students,and putting the awareness and consciousness of the times in the important position of running schools;advocating to put"the unity of knowing and doing" as the basic standard of personnel training,carrying out ability training in rural normal education;cultivating students' outlook on life and values in education,making them yearning for brightness and progress so as to convey the reserve force and young elite for Yanan,which serves as a historical task of fostering talents.
