摘　　要：副肿瘤综合征是由肿瘤的产物、异常免疫反应或其他不明原因引起的内分泌、神经、消化、造血、骨关节、肾脏及皮肤等系统发生病变,并出现相应的临床表现,这些症状和体征不是由原发肿瘤或转移灶所在部位直接引起的,而是由肿瘤相关的生物因子如激素、肽、抗体、淋巴细胞及细胞因子等所致。本文回顾性分析了我院收治的以肌痛、肌无力为首发临床症状的1例晚期直肠癌的诊断及治疗过程,并进行相关文献复习,探讨副肿瘤综合征发生的原因、诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗方法。Paraneoplastic syndronme is some pathological changes of tumor products,abnormal immune responses and unexplained changes of endocrine,nerve,digestive,hematopoietic,bone and joint,kidney,skin systems and so on;and the corresponding clinical manifestations appear,these symptoms and signs are not directly caused by the location of the primary tumor or metastasis,but the tumor-associated biological factors such as hormones,peptides,antibodies,lymphocytes and cytokines.This article retrospectively analyzed the diagnosis and treatment process of 1 case of advanced rectal cancer with myalgia,muscle weakness as the first clinical symptoms,and reviewed the relevant literatures,to explore the causes,diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment of paraneoplastic syndronme.
