摘 要:目的检测和分析驻岛某部水源的微生物指标水平,为改善海岛部队水源水质提供科学依据。方法采用现场调查和实验室检验相结合的方法,按照GB/T 5750-2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法》进行水样采集和检测,依据GB 5749-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》和CJ 94-2005《饮用净水水质标准》对检测结果进行判定和评价。结果 11个自备井水的菌落总数和总大肠菌群两项指标均有不同程度的超标,而耐热大肠菌群和大肠埃希氏菌合格率很高。8个净化水的菌落总数普遍超标,大肠菌群偶有超标,而霉菌和酵母以及沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等致病菌均合格。井水的大肠菌群超标数明显多于净化水。无论是井水还是净化水,各项微生物指标在枯水期和丰水期的污染水平没有显著差异。井水的菌落总数、大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群3项指标的超标数从2012年至2014年逐年递减,但净化水菌落总数指标的超标数在2013和2014年度均比2012年度显著增加。结论驻岛某部饮用水源存在微生物污染,需采取针对性措施从根本上改善源水水质,科学使用净化水设备,确保驻岛官兵饮水卫生。Objective To detect the quality of drinking-water used by a military unit garrisoned on an island,and to improve the quality of the water source.Methods Water samples were collected and detected according to the Standard Examination Methods for Drinking Water(GB/T 5750-2006)using on-the-spot investigation and laboratory examination methods,and the results were evaluated according to the Standards for Drinking Water Quality(GB 5749-2006)and the Standards for Purified Water Quality(CJ 94-2005).Results The qualified rate of well water was 25.00%,and the qualified rate of toxicological indexes was 90.91%.The rate of general chemical indexes was 53.85%,and the rate of sense and microorganism indexes was 0.00%.The worst items were total plate count,coliform bacteria and chromacity.The qualified rate of purified water was 57.14%,the rate of sense was 100.00%,the rate of general chemical indexes was 90.00%,and the rate of microorganism indexes was 50.00%.Such indexes as total plate count,coliform bacteria and specific conductivity were undesirable.Conclusion The quality of water used by this military unit is bad.Effective measures should be taken to improve the quality of source water and to ensure proper use of water purification equipment.
