摘　　要：科学合理的研究生培养模式是提高高等教育质量的重要途径,是教育改革成功的重要保证。在医学高校加强学生人文素质培养和教育,转变传统将人文素质教育仅作为教学补充的错误观点,牢固树立以人文素质教育的医学高校人才培养核心。促进医学生的全面发展,较高的专业技术水平、思想道德水平和职业道德水平是缺一不可的。针对党中央提出的"召之即来、来之能战、战之必胜"即"能打仗、打胜仗"的总体要求,培养全面发展的军队医学人才,武警部队医学院校必须重视医学专业研究生人文素质的培养。A scientific and appropriate training pattern for graduate students is both an important way to improve the quality of higher education and a guarantee of success for education reform.In medical colleges,more weight should be given to quality education in humanities to turn out high-quality talents rather than leaving humanities studies supplementary to teaching.Medical students need to improve themselves in a all-round way:highly professional,noble-minded and with a strong work ethic.Humanities quality education and all-round development at military medical colleges ought to be promoted for APF.
