试论高校图书管理人员继续学习的理论与实践

摘　　要：高校图书管理人员,具有管理人员和高校教师的双重身份。既需要具有图书管理人员的岗位能力,也需要具有高校教辅人员的心理素质。因此,必须与时俱进、继续学习。此文在分析高校图书管理人员学习特点的基础上,提出了高校图书管理人员继续学习的四项原则和四种模式。The Librarians of university has dual identities of managers and teachers.Theyneed to have both the librarians’post abilitiesand psychological qualities of auxiliary staffs.Therefore they must keep pace with the times to continue learning.This paper puts forward the four principles and four patterns of librarians on continue learning based on analysis of learning characteristics.
