摘 要:针对供应链突发事件问题,研究链状供应链和网状供应链灾后恢复过程。分析在投入资源、时间、恢复策略不同的情况下,比较不同结构的供应链恢复效果。运用元胞自动机模型建模仿真,通过仿真数据,比较两种供应链结构下灾后恢复效果。结果表明:时间对供应链恢复效果影响不大;两种供应链结构中,采用局部恢复策略,在资源消耗较少的情况下恢复效果最好;在网状供应链结构中,资源充裕时,采用独立恢复策略,恢复效果最好;链状供应链中,资源充裕时,采用独立恢复策略和整体恢复策略恢复效果较好。Aiming at the problem of supply chain emergencies袁the recovery processes of linear supply chain and mesh supply chain are studied.Under the different circumstances of investment resources袁time and recovery strategies袁the recovery effect of supply chain in different structures is analyzed and compared.Using the model of the cellular automata to model and simulate袁we can analyze and compare the recovery level of post disasters of the two supply chain structures through the simulation data.The results show that the time has little effect on the restoration effect of the supply chain.In the two supply chain structures袁the local recovery strategy can be used to restore the best results in the case of resource consumption.In the network supply chain袁when the resources are abundant袁we should adopt the strategy of independent recovery曰in the linear supply chain袁when the resources are abundant袁we have found that it is desirable to use independent recovery strategy and the overall recovery strategy.
