高校教师思想道德建设关键影响因素调查研究

摘　　要：高校教师肩负着培养中国特色社会主义事业建设者和接班人的重任,他们的思想道德状况和发展动态不仅直接影响大学生世界观、人生观、价值观、道德观和法制观的形成,而且影响和制约着全社会的基本道德态度和价值取向。良好的社会风气、高校有效的各项教育制度以及教师自身优秀的思想道德修养,是高校教师拥有良好思想道德三个关键层面因素;但是,学术研究功利化、职业忠诚度弱化、重教书轻育人、创新意识不强等问题,则是影响高校教师思想道德建设的关键因素。依据关键因素的判定,提出了有针对性的对策和建议。The ideological moral status and development of college teachers袁who shoulder the task of training the builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics袁not only directly affect the formation of the students'world outlook袁life conception袁moral values and legal conception袁but also influence and restrict the basic moral attitude and the value orientation of the whole society.A good social atmosphere袁an effective educational system at a university and the excellent self-cultivation are the three key factors for college teachers to encompass good ideology and moral.However袁the academic utilitarianism袁the weakening of professional loyalty and the lack of innovation consciousness are the key factors that bring bad influence to the ideological and moral construction of College teachers.Then the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions based on the judgment of the key factors.
