摘　　要：高新技术企业作为科技创新的重要力量对于社会经济长远发展具有重要的推动作用。文章以南京市高新技术企业中电子信息和光机电一体化企业为例,利用DEA模型评价企业创新效率情况,通过分析创新投入产出效率情况,进一步分析企业在创新方面所存在的问题,并提出对策建议,对于相关部门制定鼓励和加强高新技术企业创新发展的相关政策具有一定的借鉴意义。High-tech enterprises as important forces for scientific and technological innovation play crucial role in the social and economic development.This paper took the enterprises from electronic information and opto-mechatronics technology industries as examples and used DEA model to analyze innovative efficiency of those enterprises,so as to find the problems on innovation and propose the advice as the reference for the related departments to work out more policies to encourage and guide the innovative development of the high-tech enterprises.
