制药工程专业课程设计的连贯性改革尝试

摘　　要：目的:课程设计是科研实践能力训练的重要环节,也是培养制药工程专业人才的重要保障。文章以南京中医药大学制药工程专业4门课程的课程设计为例,探讨如何将4门课程进行连贯性设计。方法:文章通过设立以阿司匹林的生产为总纲,将阿司匹林生产的4个环节分别放置在化工原理、制药分离工程、制药工艺学以及制药设备与车间工艺设计4门课程设计中,然后再打包在综合实验课程进行验证。结果:4门课程设计的连贯性得到了保证,取得了良好的教学效果。结论:通过连贯性设计,使得原来分散进行的课程设计整体性得到了加强,有利于制药工程人才培养质量的提升,此尝试值得推广示范。Objective:Course design is an important content in the training of scientific research practice,and it is also an important guarantee for the training of pharmaceutical engineering professionals.Taking the design of four courses of Pharmaceutical Engineering in Nanjing university of Chinese medicine as an example,this paper discusses how to carry out the design of four courses in continuous inertia.Methods:This paper establish the production of aspirin as the master,and the four links will be placed in four courses:chemical engineering,pharmaceutical separation engineering,pharmaceutics technology and pharmaceutical equipment&workshop process design.Then,the four course designs are packaged in a comprehensive experimental course.Results:The consistency of the four courses is guaranteed and good teaching effect is achieved.Conclusion:By coherence design of the four courses,the integrity of original dispersed course design has been strengthened,which is conducive to the improvement of the quality of pharmaceutical engineering training.This attempt is worth promoting and demonstrating.
