摘　　要：目的观察小剂量甲氧氯普胺耳穴注射联合星状神经节阻滞预防性治疗儿童无先兆型偏头痛临床效果。方法选择临床确诊并能很好配合治疗的无先兆型偏头痛儿童60例,按就诊顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组给予小剂量甲氧氯普胺耳穴注射联合星状神经节阻滞预防性治疗,对照组给予口服西比灵治疗。观察治疗前及治疗3、6个月后的临床症状综合积分及临床治疗效果。结果治疗前2组临床症状综合积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3、6个月后2组临床症状综合积分与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后总有效率观察组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量甲氧氯普胺耳穴注射联合星状神经节阻滞预防和治疗无先兆型儿童偏头痛临床效果确切,且无长期应用大量药物治疗的副作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of small dose of metoclopramide auricular acupoint injection combined with stellate ganglion block on preventive treatment of children migraine.Methods 60 patients with confirmed children migraine and good cooperation were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)according to the treatment order.The observation group were treated with metoclopramide auricular acupoint injection combined with stellate ganglion block and the control group were treated with oral sibelium.Comprehensive scores of clinical symptoms and the clinical effects of two groups were collected and observed before and after treatment of at 3 and 6 months.Results There was no significant difference in comprehensive scores of clinical symptoms before treatment between two groups(P>0.05).Clinical symptom scores of two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group after 3 and 6 months'treatment(P<0.05).Total effective rate in observation group had significant difference compared with that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Small dose of metoclopramide auricular acupoint injection combined with stellate ganglion block for the prevention and treatment of children migraine has definite clinical effect,and no side effects of long-term drug treatment.
