摘　　要：思想政治理论教育是研究生人才培养体系的重要组成部分,在研究生的创新思维与创新能力培养中发挥着独特的作用。在研究生思想政治教育中,要发挥导师的作用,并重视社会实践育人的功能,更好地服务于创新型人才培养战略目标。As an important part of graduate talent training system,the education of ideological and political theory plays a unique role in the cultivation of innovative thinking and innovative ability of postgraduates.In ideological and political education for postgraduates,we should give play to the role of mentor,pay attention to the function of social practice and education,and better serve the strategic goal of cultivating innovative talents.
