结肠癌伴急性肠梗阻的急诊外科治疗

摘　　要：目的探究结肠癌伴肠梗阻的外科治疗效果。方法选取本院2013年6月~2016年6月所收治的60例结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者的临床资料为本次研究依据,并采取相应的手术治疗方式。其中,12例采用回盲部切除,10例采用右半结肠切除术,15例采用横向结肠切除术,8例采用乙状结肠切除术,4例采用左半结肠切除术,11例采用Miles'切除术,术后常规抗感染治疗及根据不同情况采取化疗。结果治疗过程中,有1例患者死亡,有2例患者放弃治疗,术后轻度感染者3例,重度感染者1例,吻合口瘘者1例,余患者经治疗后痊愈。经过12个月的随访,47例患者在根治手术后,生存期都超过1年,占总数的82.5%。结论结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者应尽早采取手术根治治疗,并在术后采取抗感染与化疗,从而降低不良症状的发生,提高患者治愈效果。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of colon cancer with intestinal obstruction.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with colon cancer combined with intestinal obstruction admitted by the hospital from June 2013 to June 2016 were selected as the basis for this study,and the corresponding surgical treatment methods were adopted.Among them,12 people use back to the blind of resection,10 people adopt the right colon resection,15 people with transverse colon resection,8 people use sigmoidectomy,four people USES the left half colon resection,11 people use Miles'resection,postoperative routine anti-infection treatment and take chemotherapy according to different situations.Results In the process of the treatment,1 patient died,2 cases give up treatment,postoperative 3 mild infections,severe infection 1 person,anastomotic fistula,1 person,more patients recovered after treatment.After 12 months of follow-up,47 patients had a survival period of more than 1 year after radical surgery,accounting for 82.5%of the total.Conclusion The patients with colon cancer combined with intestinal obstruction should be treated with radical surgery as early as possible,and anti-infection and chemotherapy should be taken after the operation,so as to reduce the occurrence of adverse symptoms and improve the therapeutic effect of patients.
