建立以急诊医学为主要平台、多科轮转全科医师培养新模式的探讨

摘　　要：随着卫生改革的深入,分级诊疗的推进,合格全科医师匮乏问题已十分突出,其重要原因之一是我国尚未建立起科学有效的全科医师培养模式。因此,探索适合我国国情且行之有效的全科医生培养模式迫在眉睫。本文通过前期调查研究、仔细剖析急诊医学与当前全科医学的内在及外在联系,提出了以急诊医学为主要平台的全科医师培养模式,并进一步阐述了如何建立该培养模式的架构体系。该培养模式的建立和应用,为促进快速、有效地解决我国当前形势下全科医生缺乏的矛盾提供了新思路,值得进一步探索和推广。Along with the development of national health reformation and the promotion of orderly hierarchical diagnosis,the lack of qualified general practitioners has been highlighted.One of the important reasons is that we has not established a scientific and effective general practitioner training mode in our country.Therefore,it is urgent to explore the training mode of general practitioners suitable for China's national conditions.Based on the preliminary questionnaire survey results,through analyzing the internal and external relationship between emergency medicine and general practice,we put forward the general practitioner raining model with emergency medicine as the main platform.Furthermore,we described how to establish the architecture system of this training model.It probably provide a new way to rapidly and effectively resolve the outstanding contradiction of the shortage of general practitioners in our country under the current situation,and it deserves further exploration and promotion.
