贵阳学院基础化学实验室信息管理平台构建需求分析

摘　　要：实验室管理工作任务重,强度高,影响教学和人才培养的质量,是高校工作的重要内容之一。本文重点对贵阳学院基础化学实验室的管理模式,课程体系管理,实验耗材管理,实验仪器设备管理,大型精密仪器设备管理和实验室使用管理的现状进行分析。目前,学院基础化学实验室管理模式存在程序繁琐、人工操作为主,工作效率低等问题需要解决。实验室信息管理平台的实验课程管理,实验耗材管理,实验室使用申请等部分功能已经建成并处于试运行阶段,应用效果明显。本文针对梳理的问题继续探讨完善平台建设,希望平台应用能提高实验室的工作效率和管理水平。The articles of laboratory management is heavy and intense,which affects the quality of teaching and talent cultivation,It is one of the important contents of university work.The articles focuses on the analysis of present situation of management mode,curriculum management,experiment material management,Instruments and equipment management and large precision instrument equipment management in basic chemical laboratory of Guiyang University.At present,the management mode of basic chemistry laboratory in this university is cumbersome and manual operation,and the work efficiency needs to be solved.The experimental course management,experimental consumables management,laboratory application and so on functions of the laboratory information management platform have been completed and been in the pilot phase,the application effect is obvious.In this articles,to Combing problem of management mode,we continue to discuss the perfecting of platform construction and hopes that the application of platform can improve the work efficiency and management level of the laboratory.
