蒙汉双语模式下民法实践教学改革研究

摘　　要：法学是一门实践性较强的学科,民法尤其如此。在民法教学中应运用多种实践形式,加强对学生实践技能的培养。蒙汉双语模式下民法实践教学需要不断创新,综合运用民法案例教学、模拟法庭、法律诊所以及设立蒙汉双语法学实践教学基地等方式,转变教学观念,优化实践教学师资队伍,注重内涵式管理,不断提升学生的民法实践技能。The law is a practical discipline,especially the civil law.In the civil law teaching we should use a variety of practical forms to strengthen the cultivation of practical skills of students.The civil law practical teaching in Mongolian and Chinese bilingual teaching mode requires constant innovation and makes comprehensive use of a civil case teaching,simulated court,legal clinics and establishment of Mongolian and Chinese bilingual legal practice teaching base and other ways,and changes teaching concepts,optimizes practice teaching team,pays attention to the connotation of management,and constantly improves the students'practical skills on civil law.
