摘　　要：创新驱动背景下大学生就业形势较为严峻,出现了悲观、从众、优柔寡断等心理问题,严重影响了大学生的就业选择。为此,高校要加强对创新驱动背景下就业形势的正面解读,营造良好的舆论氛围;利用职业生涯规划,积极引导大学生对自己进行合理的定位;对大学生进行就业心理辅导,培养大学生的自主选择能力。Under the background of innovation driving,the employment situation of university students is throat-cutting,and the psychological problems such as pesimism,conformity and indecision have seriously the employment choice of college students.Therefore,colleges and universities should strengthen the positive interpretation of the employment situation under the background of innovation drive,create a good atmosphere opinion,make use of career planning,actively guide college students to make rational orientation to themselves,and cultivate college students i ability to choose their own choices by psychological counseling.
