摘  要:文章是对云南农业大学从成果导向理念出发,构建复合型水利人才培养体系的实践过程的讨论,详细呈现了云南农业大学通过参与工程教育专业认证,坚持复合应用型人才培养目标,以理论教学和实践教学改革为核心,以教学质量监控为纽带,以实验室、校内外教学实践平台开放共享为基础,实现多专业方向分流和多阶段能力递进培养的多样化人才培养的全过程,为高校推进水利人才培养教育改革提供了思路与方法上的借鉴。This paper is a discussion and conclusion to the process of establishing a compound training system of water conser vancy personnel at Yunnan Agricultural University,which is based on outcome-based education,targeted at cultivating compound and practical talents,focused on revolutions of theory and practices education,connected through quality control,supported by laboratories as well as teaching practice platforms in and outside school.This system set different orientation and cultivation phases within the same major in order to nurture diversified talents.This revolution and process can provide reference for education revolution in water conservancy discipline of higher academies.
