专业化背景下辅导员理论素养提升研究

摘　　要：提升高校辅导员队伍的理论素养,不仅是辅导员专业化、职业化持续深入发展的内在要求,也是提升高校大学生思想政治教育水平的关键所在。目前,高校辅导员理论素养还存在薄弱环节,不能完全适应新形势下大学生思想政治教育的任务和要求。有关职能部门和高校要进一步完善工作机制,加强思想引导,创造良好条件,不断提升高校辅导员队伍的理论素养,进而增强高校辅导员队伍的职业素质和专业能力。Improving the theoretical attainment of counselors in colleges and universities is not only the intrinsic requirement of the specialization and professionalization of counselors,but also the key to improving the ideological and political education of college students.At present,there are still some weak links in theoretical attainments of college counselors,so they can not fully fulfill re quirements of ideological and political education for college students in the new situation.To solve this problem,relevant functional departments,colleges and universities should further improve the working mechanism,strengthen ideological guidance,create favorable conditions,and constantly improve the theoretical attainment of counselors,so as to enhance the professional qualities and professional abilities of them.
