服务设计下的素食营养餐策略研究

摘　　要：越来越多人加入素食队伍,然而用户并不具备足够的营养储备知识来保障健康饮食生活。文章从服务设计角度出发,分析素食者能够获得营养保障、营养餐食,以及学习营养知识的渠道,总结提出素食营养餐食的策略。More and more people are joining the vegetarian team,but the users do not have a good knowledge of nutritional reserves to ensure a healthy diet.This article from the perspective of service design,analysis of vegetarians can obtain nutrition,nutritional meals,and the channel to learn nutrition knowledge,put forward the strategy of vegetarian nutrition meals.
