摘　　要：大学章程作为高校内部的"宪法",对大学校长的职责及校长行使职责的方式均做出了明确的规定。文章基于法国、德国、英国、美国及澳大利亚五个国家五所大学的章程文本中有关大学校长的规定,根据校长承担的职责及行使职责方式的不同,将大学校长分成了"执行董事""首席执行官""荣誉董事"三种类型,通过比较分析大学校长的三种类型,得出进一步完善我国"党委领导下的校长负责制"的现实启示。The university statutes,which function as the‘internal constitution’in universities,make clear rules for the duties and the ways of performing duties for the university presidents.Based on the provisions of the university statutes of five universities in France,Germany,UK,USA and Australia,this paper classifies the university presidents into three different types:Executive director,Chief Executive Officer and Chancellor.The comparisons among the three types of the university presidents can provide some references for the further perfection of‘the principal accountability system under the leadership of the party committee’in our country.
