摘 要:基于分层控制理论提出了电动汽车调频控制策略。在控制结构中,电网为主控制中心,以电网的调频效果最优为控制目标,协调电动汽车聚合商与发电商的调频输出;聚合商为次级控制中心,在完成调频任务的基础上,以收益最大化为控制目标。为保证电动汽车调频的可靠性和经济性,次级控制中心还需使提出的电动汽车"综合指标"较高。次级控制中心的调频计划将反馈至主控中心。仿真结果表明,提出的控制策略不仅能够有效地控制电动汽车完成调频任务,还能为聚合商以及用户带来可观的收益。This paper proposed a frequency regulation strategy of electric vehicles based on hierarchical control theory.In the control structure,the power grid was the main control center,it made the best frequency regulation result of the power grid as the control target,so as to coordinate the frequency regulation output between electric vehicles aggregators and generation companies;the aggregators were the sub-control centers,it made the maximal profit as the control target when finished the frequency regulation task.To ensure the reliability and economy of the frequency regulation of electric vehicles,sub-control centers should make the comprehensive index of electric vehicles higher.Sub-control centers should send frequency regulation plans to the main control center.Simulation results show that the control strategy can not only control electric vehicles to finish the frequency regulation tasks,but also make the aggregators and users gain good profit.
