摘  要:采用Nd:YAG激光器对5154A铝合金板材进行室温及预热条件下搭接激光焊接试验。结果表明,预热对铝合金激光焊焊缝成形起到重大作用;随着预热温度的升高会不断加大焊缝的熔深和熔宽,最佳预热温度范围在200~300℃;当预热温度不变时,随着焊接速度的提高,熔宽减小,但在相同焊接速度时,由于预热增加了激光的吸收率并减少了熔化金属所需的能量,熔深及熔宽都有所增加。Of aluminum alloy 5154 A plate were lap welded by Nd: YAG laser with preheating and without preheating,respectively. The results indicate that the preheating play a major role in laser welding of aluminum alloy. With the preheat temperature rising,the depth and width of weld increase. The best preheat temperature range is 200-300 ℃. When the preheat temperature is constant,the weld width reduces with the increase of welding speed. But when the welding speed is constant,the depth and width of weld can increase because the preheating can increase the laser absorption rate and reduce the energy needed for the molten metal.
