区域趋同还是趋异:中国物流产业效率及其收敛性——基于2006-2015年30个省域面板数据的研究

摘　　要：结合面板数据,文章运用超效率数据包络分析(SE-DEA)方法测算2006-2015年中国30个省(市、自治区)域物流产业的综合技术效率和纯技术效率,并分解得出其规模效率,分析效率值差异,运用检验模型对其发展趋势进行分析。结果表明:物流产业各效率值的区域差异明显,存在较大的可提升空间。2008年后物流产业综合技术效率总体呈稳步上升趋势;东部物流产业纯技术效率高于中、西部;各省域及东、中、西部区域物流产业实际规模与其最优规模仍存在差距。收敛性检验表明:西部各省域物流产业综合技术效率显著趋同,全国及东、中部区域内各省域显著收敛于各自的稳态水平;全国及中部各省域物流产业纯技术效率显著趋同,东、西部区域内各省域并未表现出明显的趋同特征;全国及东、中、西部规模效率反映条件收敛特征。通过分析区域之间物流产业效率及其趋同或趋异状况,明确区域间物流产业发展水平差异,获得相应启示,提升效率,促进区域协调发展。Based on panel data the technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency of the logistics industry of 30 provinces(cities)in China are calculated with Super Efficiency-Data Envelopment Analysis(SE-DEA)in 2006-2015,and the scale efficiency is obtained through decomposing.With the checking model the paper analyzes the efficiency differences of the regional logistics industry comparatively and the development trend.The results show that there are obvious regional differences of the logistics industry efficiencies,leading to a huge space for promotion.After 2008,the technical efficiency of the logistics industry shows the upward trend.The pure technical efficiency of the east is higher than that of the central and western regions.There is a certain gap between the actual scale and the optimal scale of the regional logistics industry about the provinces and the eastern,central and western regions.The convergence test shows that the technical efficiency in western provinces reflects significant convergence,the technical efficiency in eastern,central provinces and national scope significantly converge to their own steady-state level of efficiency;the pure technical efficiency in the central provinces and national scope shows significant convergence,but the eastern and western provinces do not;the scale efficiency in the eastern,central and western provinces and the national scope show significant signs of conditional convergence.By analyzing the convergence or divergence of regional logistics industry efficiencies,we aim to clarify the difference and obtain inspirations for promoting the coordinated development of the regional logistics industry.
