摘 要:为改善小麦品种性状,利用离子束介导燕麦(供体)和六倍体小黑麦(供体)的全基因组DNA进入温麦6号(受体)中,经多年选育,得到6份小麦变异材料。对6份变异材料以及受体温麦6号、供体燕麦和六倍体小黑麦,共9份材料的主要农艺性状、面粉品质和光合特性进行分析。结果表明,在变异材料中,8号材料在主要农艺性状方面表现最好;9份材料主要农艺性状的变异系数为19.93%~40.09%。在面粉品质方面,9号材料的湿面筋含量及面筋指数最高,4号材料的蛋白质质量结构最好(|d|=0.4);在光合特性方面,4号材料的净光合速率(Pn)最高,为24.29μmol/(m^2·s);综合分析,4号、8号、9号3份变异材料表现较好。In order to improve the characters of wheat varieties,the whole genome DNA of oat(donor)and hexaploid triticale(donor)was introduced into Wenmai No.6(receptor)by ion beam mediated technique.After years of breeding,six wheat mutative materials were obtained.The main agronomic characters,flour quality and photosynthetic characteristics of six mutative materials,Wenmai No.6,oat and hexaploid triticale were studied.The results showed that No.8 material was the best in the main agronomic characters of the mutative materials.And the variation coefficient of the main agronomic characters of No.9 material ranged from 19.93%to 40.09%.In the flour quality,the wet gluten content and gluten index of No.9 material were the highest;the protein quality structure of No.4 material was the best(d=0.4).The photosynthetic rate of the No.4 material was the highest[24.29μmol/(m 2·s)].In this study,three mutative materials of No.4,No.8 and No.9 performed better.
