二陈平胃散辅助SOX化疗对胃癌术后患者疗效及外周血中Th1/Th2的漂移影响

摘　　要：目的观察二陈平胃散辅助SOX化疗对胃癌术后患者疗效及外周血中Th1/Th2的漂移影响。方法将118例胃癌术后患者随机分为2组,对照组59例给予SOX化疗治疗,研究组59例给予二陈平胃散辅助SOX化疗治疗,2组均以21 d为1个周期,持续治疗4个周期。评定2组治疗后临床疗效,记录2组治疗前后中医证候积分和生活质量KPS评分,检测2组治疗前后外周血Th1类细胞因子γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、Th2类细胞因子白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平以及Th1/Th2的漂移情况。结果研究组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组中医症状积分和IL-4水平均显著下降(P均<0.05),KPS评分、IFN-γ和IFN-γ/IL-4比值均较治疗前显著提升(P均<0.05),且研究组上述指标改善情况显著优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论二陈平胃散辅助SOX化疗治疗胃癌术后患者能明显改善外周血中Th1/Th2的漂移,提高临床疗效。Objective:It is to observe the curative effect of Erchen Pingwei Powder adjuvant SOX chemotherapy on postoperative patients with gastric cancer and its influence on the drift of Th1/Th2 in peripheral blood.Methods 0x09 118 postoperative patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups with 59 cases in each.The patients were treated with SOX chemotherapy in the control group,and with Erchen Pingwei Powder adjuvant SOX chemotherapy in the study group.The 2 groups were treated with 21 days as one cycle and continued for 4 cycles.The clinical curative effect of the 2 groups after treatment was evaluated,the scores of TCM syndromes and quality of life KPS score before and after treatment were recorded in the 2 groups,the levels of Th1 cytokines,interferon gamma(IFN-γ),Th2 cytokines,interleukin-4(IL-4)and the drift of Th1/Th2 in the 2 groups before and after treatment were detected.Results 0x09 The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores and IL-4 level in the 2 groups were significantly lower and the KPS scores,IFN-γand IFN-γ/IL-4 value in the 2 groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(all P<0.05),and the improvement of the above indexes in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion 0x09 Erchen Pingwei Powder adjuvant SOX chemotherapy in the treatment of postoperative patients with gastric cancer can obviously improve the drift of Th1/Th2 in peripheral blood,and promote the clinical effect.
