摘　　要：高校人事部门在对教师进行聘期绩效考核时常常需要教师提供与教学、科研等相关的大量支撑材料备查。由于聘期一般为3年,时间跨度较大,不但教师准备材料繁琐困难,人事部门核查也有诸多不便,因此有必要设计一款可供教师和审核人员查询的软件。由于可能涉及个人隐私,因此应将敏感数据直接内置于程序以提高保密性。应用Visual Basic 6.0编程,对其保密性及嵌入方式进行了多种尝试,提出一种实用的解决方案,实现了在程序代码中直接内嵌大量数据。该方案可供有相同需求的编程人员参考。Human resources departments of universities ask faculty and staff to provide supporting materials related to teaching and scientific research for performance evaluation.Because the employment termusuallyspans three years,it is a complicated task for faculty and staff to prepare the supporting materials,and it also incurs inconvenience for the human resources departments in reviewing and checking.Therefore,it is of necessity to develop a query application.As it involves personal privacy,sensitive data should be embedded in programs to keep it confidential.Visual Basic 6.0 is applied to put forward a practical solutionafterdifferent trials at data confidentiality and ways of embedding data.The solution realizes mass dataembeddingin program,which offers reference to programmers.
