摘　　要：超声引导下的甲状腺结节介入治疗常用方法包括:经皮酒精消融、激光消融、射频消融、微波消融及高强度聚焦超声消融。本文就介入治疗的适应证、技术原理、特点、临床应用、疗效及其并发症等进行综述。The timely use of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive procedures for the management of benign thyroid nodules includes percutaneous ethanol injection(PEI),laser ablation(LA),radiofrequency ablation(RFA),microwave ablation(MWA)and high-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU).The present paper reviews the research progress in this field,including the aspects of indications,principles,characteristics,clinical applications,effects and complications.
