摘　　要：目的:探讨氟尿嘧啶植入与护理干预在预防、降低肝癌伴门脉癌栓金标植入术并发症发生率中的应用。方法:对30例肝癌伴门脉癌栓患者在CT引导下行射波刀治疗前肿瘤靶区金标植入术,术后5~7 d开始射波刀治疗,术中证实金标植入定位准确,并进行护理干预,观察患者术后3 d并发症发生率。结果:通过金标植入术中植入氟尿嘧啶植入剂与术后护理干预,30例患者中发生低热1例,疼痛1例,低血压、低血糖晕厥1例,均未经处理或对症处理后恢复。结论:提出金标植入术前做好心理护理,讲解射波刀治疗的优势及金标植入的意义,缓解患者紧张情绪;术中植入氟尿嘧啶植入剂;术后做好生命体征、疼痛、穿刺部位出血等的护理,是金标植入术顺利进行的保证。Objective:To explore the application of fluorouracil implants and nursing intervention in preventing and reducing the incidence of complications of gold seed fiducials implantation for treating hepatocellular carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus(PVTT).Methods:30 patients of hepatocellular carcinoma with PVTT underwent gold seed fiducials implantation in the target area of carcinoma before they received the treatment of cyber knife under the guidance of CT.And after 5-7day of the implantation,they received the treatment of CyberKnife.The results of operation verified the location of gold seed fiducials was accuracy,and nursing intervention was carried out for them.The incidence of complication postoperative 3d was observed.Results:Through fluorouracil implants during gold seed fiducials implantation and nursing intervention after it,there was 1 case with low-grade fever,1 case with pain,and 1 case with hypotension and hypoglycemia syncope.And all of them got recovery without receiving treatment or expectant treatment.Conclusion:It is guarantee for successfully carrying out gold seed fiducials implantation to propose preoperative psychological nursing,and explain the advantage of the treatment of CyberKnife and the significance of golden mark implantation,and relieve the tension of patients,fluorouracil implants during gold seed fiducials implantation,and make postoperative nursing for life signs,pain,bleeding at the puncture sites and so on
