摘 要:[目的]探讨麻醉科护士的角色认知和工作体验。[方法]采用目的抽样法,对10名麻醉科护士进行半结构式质性访谈并分析访谈资料。[结果]麻醉科护士的角色认知和工作体验可归纳为3个主题:大部分麻醉科护士对自身职业前景表示迷茫;同行对麻醉科护士的职业认同度不高;麻醉科护士应当具备较高的综合素质和业务能力。[结论]麻醉科护士期待我国尽快出台政策以明确工作职责与业务范畴;管理者应结合麻醉科护士的专业特色和岗位需求,协调好麻醉科护士与麻醉医生、手术室护士等的关系,辅以人性化管理策略,从而充分发挥麻醉科护士的职业角色并提升其成就感。To probe into the role perception and work experience of nurses in department of anesthesiology.Methods:Purposive sampling method was adopted for semi structural qualitative interview with 10 nurses in the department of anesthesiology and interviewing data was analyzed.Results:The role perception and work experience of nurses in department of anesthesiology can be classified as the following three themes.Firstly,most nurses in the anesthesia department felt frustrated about their occupational prospects.Secondly,anesthesia nurses'job recognition from their counterpart was not high.Thirdly,nurses in the department should be equipped with higher level overall quality and professional qualifications.Conclusions:Nurses in the department of anesthesiology anticipated that the government will issue related policies to specify their work responsibilities and scope.Under the current circumstance,the managers will coordinate multi part relations among anesthesia nurses,physicians and theatre nurses according to their unique features and position requirements.The managers also helped nurses to give full play of their occupational roles,promote their occupational sense of achievements by using humanized management strategy.
