摘  要:大型船用齿轮在工作中经常受到瞬时冲击,长期作用下会对轮齿造成失效性破坏。基于有限元方法对船用齿轮箱中负载较大的斜齿轮副建立模型,通过显式动力学模块对其在不同加载工况下动态啮合过程进行仿真分析。计算结果表明,斜齿轮副不仅在不同加载速度下产生的齿面动应力差别较大,而且在齿面的不同部位产生的动应力值也存在较大差异。应在船用斜齿轮副的结构和强度设计中给予充分考虑。The helical gear tooth of the large scale marine is often subject to the transient impact in the work.It can damage the gear under the long-term effects.The modeling of the helical gear pair in Marine gearbox is based on the finite element method.according to its different loading conditions,the dynamics of the helical gear pair meshing process is simulated.the results show that the dynamic stress difference in the tooth surface of the helical gear pair is obvious under different loading speed,and the dynamic stress value of different parts in the gear tooth surface is put in bigger difference.In Marine helical gears the consideration should be given full in the design of structure and intensity.
