摘　　要：校园文化建设是培养学生成为全面发展的应用型创新人才的有效途径。在界定创新人才和理解高职校园文化内涵的基础上,阐述高职校园文化建设对于创新人才培养的作用,分析当前高职校园文化建设存在的问题,提出加强校园文化建设、培养创新人才的具体策略,以实现高职教育的人才培养目标。Vocational college campus culture construction is an effective way of cultivating all-around innovative talents.This paper elaborates on the effect of campus culture construction on cultivating innovative talents on the basis of accurate definition of innovative talents and vocational college campus culture.It points out problem emerging from the construction of campus culture,proposing strategies of enhancing culture construction and cultivating innovative talents to realize the talents cultivating goals of higher vocational education.
