左乙拉西坦对小儿癫痫治疗效果及对骨代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的评价左乙拉西坦对小儿癫痫治疗效果及对骨代谢的影响。方法选取2015年7月—2017年7月本院收治的80例小儿癫痫患儿,以随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组用丙戊酸钠治疗;观察组用左乙拉西坦治疗。观察两组患儿临床疗效、不良反应及骨代谢情况。结果两组患儿治疗后总有效率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿治疗前、后骨代谢指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗后骨代谢指标与治疗前对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿血钙离子和血磷离子明显高于对照组;碱性磷酸酶和甲状旁腺激素明显低于对照组。观察组患儿治疗后胃肠不适、头晕、血白细胞总数减少及转氨酶升高发生率均明显低于对照组。结论左乙拉西坦对小儿癫痫临床效果显著,对骨代谢影响较低,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and application of left ethoxetam alone on the treatment of pediatric epilepsy and bone metabolism.Objective Eighty cases of children with epilepsy were selected from the central hospital of jiamusi city,heilongjiang province from 2015-07 to 2017-07.The children were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 40 children in each group.The children in the control group were treated with sodium valproate.The observation group was treated with levyracine.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and bone metabolism of the two groups were observed.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the observation group before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was significant statistical significance(P<0.05)between the control group and the control group.The blood calcium and phosphorus ions of the children in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The alkaline phosphatase and parathyroid hormone were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal discomfort,dizziness,total blood leukocyte reduction and liver enzyme increase was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group.Conclusion The clinical treatment effect of left ethoxetine alone on pediatric epilepsy is significant,and the effect on bone metabolism is low,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
