地方应用型高校师范专业教育存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：我国地方应用型高校正处于转型发展关键时期,师范专业人才培养模式、师范生教学能力训练等方面还存在诸多问题,主要表现在教育理念保守老化、实践能力训练模式单一、教学手段有效性不足、师范生职业定位不清晰等。针对以上问题,本文提出地方高校必须着手采取措施,调整人才培养目标、改革传统教学模式、深入开展有效实践活动、创新发展新型教学手段。最近,中共中央国务院再次强调全面提高中小学教师质量,建设一支高素质专业化的教师队伍。振兴师范教育,提升教师质量是地方应用型高校责无旁贷的职责和使命。It is a critical moment for local colleges to transit and develop.There are many problems in cultivation model for normal majors and skill training in education.These problems brought outdated and conservative education concept,boring and simple practice ability training,teaching measures′inefficiency,and non-targeting problem for graduate professionals.This paper puts forward measures taken by local colleges to adjust the target of cultivation,deepen the level of practice and create developing and teaching measures.Recently,the State Council once again emphasizes the importance of building a high quality teaching staff.It is the local colleges′responsibility to fulfill this task.
