摘　　要：京津冀协同发展是促进区域经济协调发展的重要战略。建立以法治方式推动京津冀协同发展的长效机制,应坚持合目的原则、整体性原则、平等自愿原则和合宪原则等法治建设原则,着力做好以下几个方面的工作:完善相关立法,提供强有力的法律支撑;强化落实环节,建立高效的行政、司法协同机制;建立统一规范的市场体系,创造良好的市场法治环境。The coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is an important strategy to promote the coordinated develop.ment of regional economy.To establish a long-term mechanism that promotes the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei by the rule of law,we must adhere to principles such as the principle of integration,the principle of equality,the principle of equality and voluntariness,and the principle of constitutionality,and strive to improve the relevant legislation by doing the follow.ing aspects.Provide strong legal support;strengthen the implementation process,establish an efficient administrative and judicial coordination mechanism,establish a unified and standardized market system,and create a favorable market environment for the rule of law.
