摘  要:从渤海湾底水中分离得到的一株具有杀线虫活性海洋真菌BH-0531,考察该菌株的培养特性并进行种属鉴定。结果表明,菌株BH-0531最适海水浓度为20%,最适培养基为20%海水琼脂培养基,最适氮源为硝酸钠,最适pH值为6~7,最适温度为26℃。根据菌株BH-0531的形态学观察结果和5.8S rDNA-ITS序列对比发现,菌株BH-0531与Acremonium potronii isolate 35(JX535064.1)高度同源(100%),被鉴定为波氏枝顶孢霉(A.potronii)的海栖型变种:Acremonium potronii var.marine BH-0531。A marine-derived fungus BH-0531 with nematicidal activity was isolated i^om the water of Bohai Bay bottom,and its cultural characteristics were investigated and species were identified.The results showed that the optimum seawater concentration for strain BH-0531 cultivation was 20%,the optimum medium was 20%seawater agar medium,the optimum nitrogen source was sodium nitrate,the optimum pH was 6-7,the optimum temperature was 26 V,.The morphological observation results and 5.8S rDNA-ITS sequence comparison suggested that strain BH-0531 was highly homologous with Acremonium potronii isolate 35(JX535064.1)(100%),and was identified as a marine variety of A.potroni:Acremonium potronii var.marine BH-0531.
