脑心通胶囊对急性脑梗死患者细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨脑心通胶囊能否改善急性脑梗死患者的细胞免疫功能。方法选择我院2016年6月~2017年6月收治的100例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,按入院的先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,并设立健康组。两组治疗组均给予西医常规治疗,观察组在西医治疗的基础上加服脑心通胶囊,疗程为2周,观察脑心通胶囊治疗前后CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8水平的变化。结果急性脑梗死患者与健康者比较,CD4、CD4/CD8水平降低,CD8升高。急性脑梗死患者CD4含量(36.05±3.32)比健康组(42.27±3.84)降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),急性脑梗死患者CD4/CD8(2.01±0.25)比健康组(2.46±0.39)降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),急性脑梗死患者CD8(23.97±3.48)比健康组(20.29±3.26)升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后CD4/CD8(2.23±0.27)比治疗前(2.01±0.25)升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组CD4/CD8(2.33±0.12)比对照组(2.13±0.19)升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑心通胶囊能够改善患者的细胞免疫功能,提高患者免疫力。Objective To investigate whether Naoxintong capsule can improve the cellular immune function of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,and the health group was set up.The two groups were treated with western medicine,and the observation group took the capsule of Naoxintong for 2 weeks on the basis of western medicine.The changes of CD4,CD8 and CD4/CD8 levels before and after the treatment of Naoxintong capsule were observed.Results Compared with the healthy people,the patients with acute cerebral infarction decreased the level of CD4 and CD4/CD8,and the CD8 increased.The content of CD4(36.05±3.32)in the patients with acute cerebral infarction was lower than that of the healthy group(42.27±3.84),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CD4/CD8(2.01±0.25)of the patients with acute cerebral infarction was lower than that of the healthy group(2.46±0.39),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CD8(23.97±3.48)in patients with acute cerebral infarction was higher than that in the healthy group(20.29±3.26),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4/CD8(2.23±0.27)was higher than before treatment(2.01±0.25),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CD4/CD8(2.33±0.12)in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(2.13±0.19),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Naoxintong capsule can improve the cellular immune function of the patient and improve the immunity of the patient.
