摘 要:本试验旨在研究循环热应激对黄羽肉鸡呼吸机能、生长性能和肝脏抗氧化功能的影响。选择35日龄体重相近的雄性黄羽肉鸡144只,随机分为常温组和循环热应激组2个组,每组12个重复,每个重复6只鸡。2个组均饲喂基础饲粮,常温组温度为(26.0±0.5)℃,循环热应激组给予如下温度:20:00—次日08:00为26℃,08:00—12:00和16:00—20:00为30℃,12:00—16:00为34℃。试验期6 d。结果表明:循环热应激2 d后,循环热应激组的鸡冠温度、翅下温度、直肠温度、呼吸频率、料重比(F/G)和肝脏蛋白质羰基含量显著高于常温组(P<0.05),平均日采食量(ADFI)、平均日增重(ADG)以及肝脏过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著低于常温组(P<0.05)。循环热应激6 d后,循环热应激组鸡冠温度、呼吸频率、F/G和肝脏蛋白质羰基含量显著高于常温组(P<0.05),ADFI、ADG以及肝脏还原型谷胱甘肽含量和CAT、SOD、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著低于常温组(P<0.05)。综上所述,循环热应激能升高黄羽肉鸡的体温,加快呼吸频率,降低生长性能和肝脏抗氧化功能。This study was designed to investigate the effects of cyclic heat stress on breathing function,growth performance and liver antioxidant function of yellow-feathered broilers.A total of 144 thirty-five-day-old yellow-feathered broilers with similar body weight were randomly divided into 2 groups(normal temperature group and cyclic heat stress group)with 12 replicates per group and 6 chicks per replicate.Broilers in the two group were all fed the basal diets,the temperature for normal temperature group next day(26.0±0.5)℃,while the cyclic heat stress group received cyclic heat stress:20:00 to next day 08:00 was 26℃,08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 was 30℃,12:00 to 16:00 was 34℃.The experimental lasted for 6 days.The results showed that after 2 days of cyclic heat stress,the comb temperature,wing temperature,rectal temperature,breathing rate,ratio of feed to gain(F/G)and liver protein carbonyl content of cyclic heat stress group were significantly higher than those of normal temperature group(P<0.05),however,the average daily feed intake(ADFI),average daily gain(ADG)and activities of catalase(CAT)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in liver were significantly lower than those of normal temperature group(P<0.05).After 6 days of cyclic heat stress,the comb temperature,breathing rate,F/G and liver protein carbonyl content of cyclic heat stress group were significantly higher than those of normal temperature group(P<0.05),however,the ADFI,ADG and activities of CAT,SOD and glutathione peroxidase and content of glutathione in liver were significantly lower than those of normal temperature group(P<0.05).In conclusion,cyclic heat stress can increase body temperature,improve breathing function,reduce the growth performance and liver antioxidant function of yellow-feathered broilers.
