白介素-32与帕金森病患者非运动症状的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)患者血清白介素-32(interleukin-32,IL-32)水平与非运动症状之间的相关性。方法采用横断面调查研究,选取2014年10月—2016年10月河南科技大学第一附属医院74例门诊、住院PD患者及60名健康体检者,检测外周血清中IL-32的水平,采用PD非运动症状评价量表(non-motor symptom score,NMSS)对患者的非运动症状进行评分统计;分析血清IL-32水平与患者非运动症状及NMSS各项的相关性。结果 PD患者血清IL-32水平高于健康体检者(P=0.014);PD患者血清IL-32水平与NMSS评分之间存在显著正相关(r=0.668,P=0.000);NMSS各项分析结果显示,PD患者血清IL-32水平与患者的情绪与认知障碍(r=0.766、P=0.000)、注意力与记忆力障碍(r=0.687、P=0.000)均存在正相关。结论 PD患者血清IL-32高于正常水平,可能是影响PD患者的情绪与认知、注意力与记忆力的因素,降低血清IL-32水平也许是治疗PD患者非运动症状新的靶点。Objective To determine the correlation of interleukin(IL)-32 and the non-motor symptom of Parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods A cross-sectional study was performed.Se-venty four PD patients and 60 control patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology were enrolled.Plasma IL-32 levels of the case and control group were detected.PD patients were assessed with the non-motor symptoms scale(NMSS).Results The plasma IL-32 levels in PD were significant higher than those in the control group(P=0.014).Plasma IL-32 levels in PD were significantly correlated with NMSS scales(r=0.668,P=0.000).Subgroup analysis showed that plasma IL-32 levels in PD were correlated with emotion and cognition(r=0.766,P=0.000),attention and remembrance(r=0.687,P=0.000).Conclusion Plasma IL-32 levels were higher in PD patients.IL-32 may be affected by PD patients with emotional awareness,attention and memory factors.To reduce serum IL-32 level may be a new target for the treatment of non-motor symptoms in patients with PD.
