摘 要:以顺丁烯二酸酐(MAH)和长链胺为原料,合成了一系列酰亚胺型羧酸盐表面活性剂(MM-12、MM-14、MM-16、MM-18),并用FT-IR、1H NMR对结构进行了表征。四种表面活性剂的CMC依次为:5.01×10^(-4)、2.00×10^(-4)、1.32×10^(-4)、1.17×10^(-4)mol/L;γCMC为:27.72、34.03、33.35、31.90 m N·m-1;克拉夫特点为:<0、19.4、36.2、80.2℃,并探讨了乳化、泡沫与结构间的关系。结果表明:四种表面活性剂均具有较高的表面活性;克拉夫特点随链长增加而升高;MM-18的乳化性能最好,泡沫高度最低。A series of aminimide carboxylate surfactants(MM-12,MM-14,MM-16 and MM-18)were synthesized by the reaction of maleic anhydride with long chain amines,and the chemical structures were confirmed by FT-IR,1H NMR.The critical micelle concentrations(CMC)of the products in the aqueous solutions was 5.01×10-4,2.00×10-4,1.32×10-4 and 1.17×10-4 mol/L,and the surface tension at the CMC(γCMC)was 27.72,34.03,33.35 and 31.90 mN·m-1,respectively.The Krafft point was lower than 0,19.4,36.2 and 80.2℃.The emulsifying ability and the foam performance were also measured,as well as the relationship between structures and properties.The results indicated that the surfactants exhibited good surface ability.When the length of hydrophobic chain increased,the Krafft point increased.Among the four surfactants,MM-18 showed the best emulsifying ability and the lowest foam height.
