摘  要:为了探讨农药助剂二甲苯对苹果幼苗抗坏血酸代谢的影响,以平邑甜茶这一苹果品种为材料,应用多种实验方法测定了农药助剂二甲苯对苹果幼苗叶片相对膜透性、MDA含量、H_2O_2含量、AsA含量、DHA含量、GSH含量和GSSG含量的影响。结果表明,用农药助剂二甲苯处理24 h后,测定的各项指标均高于对照组,相对膜透性升高了11.99%,MDA含量升高了8.22%,H_2O_2含量升高了21.14%,AsA含量升高了9.23%,DHA含量升高了20.31%,GSH含量升高了4.35%,GSSG含量升高了8.97%。To explore effects of pesticide adjuvant(xylene)on the metabolism of ascorbic acid of apple seedlings,effects of pesticide adjuvant(xylene)on the relative membrane permeability,and on the contents of MDA,H2O2,AsA,DHA,GSH and GSSG in Malus hupehensis were tested by a variety of experimental methods.The results showed that under pesticide adjuvant(xylene)stress after 24 hours,each index in the test was higher than that of the control group.The relative membrane permeability increased by 11.99%,contents of MDA by 8.22%,contents of H2O2 by 21.14%,contents of AsA by 9.23%,contents of DHA by20.31%,contents of GSH by 4.35%,and contents of GSSG by 8.97%.
