摘　　要：从学科建设的基本要素入手,研究交通安全执法技术学科发展建设的基本理论和基本做法,需要明确该学科的基本内涵和外延,规范该学科的研究内容。借助学科建设的通用范式,分析其学科方向建设、梯队建设、基地建设和项目建设等方面问题,可以明确其特色发展之路和发展优势。Starting with the basic elements of discipline construction,this paper studies deeply fundament theories and practices on traffic safety enforcement technology,points out the basic connotation and extension of this discipline,regulates the research contents of this discipline.According to the general paradigm of discipline construction,it analyzes discipline construction systems,which consists of branches,echelons,bases and projects of discipline.Constructing Characteristic subject should insist on the base of discipline advantage and object of first class subject.It promotes discipline construction and higher education quality in future.
