浙台经贸合作的方向、路径及对策

摘　　要：两岸实现全面"三通"以来,浙台两地经贸合作带动了两地投资贸易互动型增长,呈现前所未有的大合作。在大交流、大发展的新时期,要从浙台两地合作的动力源、发展趋势、理念、机制、路径及对策入手,统筹规划,形成产业联盟,依托海洋经济、智慧城市,创新经济增长极;要以产业集群为重点,改善两岸经贸关系格局,构建浙台投资配套机制,推进新常态下浙台经贸合作的双向发展。Since the comprehensive three links in 2008,the economic and trade cooperation between Zhejiang and Taiwan has led to the interactive growth of investment and trade between the two places,and has had a positive impact on the economic development of the two places.In the new era of unprecedented great cooperation,great exchanges and great development,we should take a perspective from the motive force of cooperation,development direction,development concept,paths and countermeasures to form the industry alliances,relying on the wisdom of the city,marine economy,innovation of Zhejiang Taiwan economic growth pole.We should take the industrial cluster as the focus and improve the pattern of cross-strait economic and trade relations to construct Zhejiang Taiwan investment supporting mechanism.It’s of great realistic significance to promote two-way development of economic and trade cooperation in Zhejiang and Taiwan under the new norm.
