85岁以上老年人24 h胃pH值检测分析

摘　　要：目的检测85岁以上老年人24 h胃pH各项数值,明确高龄是否影响胃内氢离子活性。方法先取13例高龄老年受检者,男性,年龄85~91岁,平均年龄86.7岁。将食管胃双通道pH检测导管经鼻放置于胃腔内,行24 h胃pH值检测。结果 13例高龄受检者所测得的胃中位pH值范围为1.3-2.5,统计分析表明受检者的胃中位pH均值为1.74,胃算术均数pH均值为2.54。受检者24 h胃pH<2累积百分比时间的平均值为59.92%;24 h胃pH<3累积百分比时间平均值为73.92%,24 h胃pH<4累积百分比时间平均值为80.40%。结论即使是85岁以上的高龄老年人,24 h胃pH仍然保持大致正常水平,单纯的年龄因素不影响胃内氢离子活性。Objective To approach and clarify activity of intragastric hydrogen iron over 85 year-old subjects.Methods Circadian pattern of intragastric pH in13 over 85 year-old subjects was studied by using 24 hour pH monitoring.Results Mean values of 24-h median pH and 24-h arithmetic mean pH were 1.74,2.54 respectively.Mean values of 24-h intragastric pH accumulated percent time less than 2,3,4 were 59.92%,73.92%,80.40%respectively.Conclusion It is suggested that the factor of age does not significantly influence the activity of intragastric hydrogen ion even in elderly subject over 85 year-old.
