摘  要:随着食品安全事故的不断出现,食品安全问题越来越受到广泛的关注,特别是许多地沟油事件相继出现在人们的视线中,引发了人们对食用油安全的担忧。植物信用油的质量问题在我国由来已久,其主要原因在于缺乏快速有效的检测方法。传统的检测方法由于耗时长、操作繁等原因,很难满足快速、实时以及大量检测的需求。气相色谱离子迁移技术以其方便、在线、快速和可以同时多组进行检测,已成为食品领域分析的一新优良办法,具有广阔的应用前景。本文首先介绍了食用植物油的现状,同时分析了气相色谱离子迁移谱仪的原理以及为食用植物油检测进行了技术总结,期望能够为食用植物油检测提供一定的借鉴。With the constant emergence of food safety accidents,food safety issues have received increasing attention in recent years.In particular,many incidents of gutter oil have appeared in our sights one after another,causing people to worry about the safety of edible oil.The quality of plant credit oil has long been in our country.The main reason is that it lacks a rapid and effective test method.The traditional detection method is difficult to meet the needs of rapid,real-time and large-scale detection because of the long time and complicated operation.Gas chromatography ion mobility technology has become a new and excellent method for analysis in the food field with its convenient,on-line,rapid,and multi-group simultaneous detection.It has broad application prospects.We introduced the current status of edible vegetable oils firstly.At the same time,we analyzed the principle of gas chromatography ion mobility spectrometer and concluded a technical summary for the detection of edible vegetable oils.It hopes to provide a reference for the detection of edible vegetable oils.
