国学与新升格本科院校学生职业素质教育初探

摘　　要：文章全面阐述了国学的内涵以及大学人才培养的基本思想;从学生成长、文化自信、工匠精神、技术技能形成四个角度分析了国学教育的必要性;探讨了新升格本科院校开展国学教育的积极意义;提出了实施国学教育的四个路径,即建立理论课程体系、充分利用第二课堂、搭建社会实践平台和运用新媒体新技术提高实际效果。The paper comprehensively expatiates the connotation of Chinese Learning and the basic idea of talent training of university,analyzes the necessity of Chinese Learning education from the perspectives of students'development,cultural confidence,craftsman’s spirit and formation of technical skills,discusses the positive significance of Chinese Learning education in the newly upgraded undergraduate colleges,then puts forward 4 ways to implement the Chinese Learning education,including establishment of theoretical curriculum system,use of the second classroom,social practice platform and the application of new media technology to improve the practical effects.
