摘　　要：目的:探讨肌苷注射液假阳性的原因,建立一种完善的检测判定方法。方法:采用《中国药典》2015年版四部规定的细菌内毒素检测法,测定肌苷注射液中内毒素的限量。结果与结论:不同厂家的鲎试剂做出来的结果不一致,判定内毒素需谨慎,鲎试剂的工艺标准应统一。Objective:To explore the causes of false positive inosine injection,establish a perfect detection and determination method.Methods:Using the"Chinese Pharmacopoeia"in 2015 four provisions of the bacterial endotoxin test,The amount of endotoxin in creatinine injection was determined.Results and conclusions:Different manufacturers of limulus reagent to do the results are inconsistent,to determine the endotoxin injection to be cautious.
