摘  要:基于级数理论,通过建立调洪演算数学模型,提出一种水库固定历时削峰方法,并通过实际算例进行验证。结果表明:水库可以在固定历时拦蓄洪水并及时下泄,经水库调蓄后洪峰被削减,洪水过程线更加平稳,下泄水量满足下游河道安全要求。该方法不仅为水库调洪演算提供了新的思路,也为水库的防汛调度相关问题提供一种可行简便的解决途径。Based on the theory of series,by establishing the flood regulating calculation mathematical model,a method of reservoir fixed diachronic peak clipping is proposed and verified by practical example.The results showed that the reservoir can be dominant floods at fixed diachronic and timely discharge flood.After being cut peak flood storage reservoir and flood hydrograph more smoothly,released water meet the safety requirements of downstream river.The results show that the reservoir can block the flood in fixed duration and discharge it in time,after the reservoir storage is adjusted,the flood peak is reduced and the flood hydrograph is smoother,water discharged meets the safety requirements of the downstream river channels.The proposed methods not only provides a new way for flood routing through reservoir,but also provides a feasible and convenient solution to solve the issues related to reservoir flood control and scheduling.
